Here we answer the most common questions we receive about ordering personalised glassware from James Davis.

 

Can I wash my glassware in the dishwasher?

Although our glassware can be washed through the dishwasher, we highly recommend hand washing in moderate to hot water with a mild detergent. Wash with a soft cloth, and dry with a clean microfibre cloth to avoid lint residue. For finishing touches, polish to keep your glassware high shine and cabinet worthy. How can I monogram a heart?

When entering your desired monogram, you can leave the heart emoji ❤ or copy and paste the text heart into the personalisation box.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does it take to engrave before my order is sent out?

Orders take 1-2 business days to undergo engraving, hand polishing, quality control and packaging. We ensure your order is at the very best standard prior to dispatch, and packaged safe and secure to arrive into your care as beautifully as it left ours. During holiday and sale periods, orders usually take between 1-4 business days due to high demand.

I’m worried my glassware will arrive damaged.

Your glassware is in great care with us! Once your order has been finalised and
polished, your glasses will be secured inside our sturdy air-filled bubble/s (which are recyclable and/or reusable). The bubble will then be protected by our premium dust bags. To understand our packaging process, please visit our Glassware Packaging & Care Guide.

But what if it does arrive damaged?

We’ve got you! On the instance your glassware does arrive damaged, please email us an image of your damaged glass within 3 days of receiving your order to hello@jamesdavisgroup.com  and we will do all we can to help you. Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

Yes, we do! For more information, you can view our Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you accommodate corporate orders?

Yes, we do! You can order large quantities with consistent quality with James Davis. Depending on your desired quantity, please allow 5-10 business days for the completion of your order. We can expertly engrave company logos, initials, names, dates and more. Corporate discounts apply. Do you accommodate weddings & events?

Yes! We would be honoured to enhance your wedding tables and events. We also offer bridesmaids, groomsmen, bucks and hens’ packages. For all your wedding and event enquiries, please contact our friendly team at hello@jamesdavisgroup.com .

Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the nature of personalisation, we are unable to cancel orders as the engraving process commences as soon as possible after order placement. Once a glass has been monogrammed, it has been personalised especially for you. For more information, please visit our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds page.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post. We endeavour to have your glassware in your care as soon as possible, and to do that we select which courier services will be the fastest to your door. For more information, please visit our Shipping and Deliveries page.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, the personalisation process begins. Soon afterwards, we will book Australia Post couriers to collect your parcel. You will then receive your tracking number via email. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact hello@jamesdavisgroup.com and we will send it through to you.
